Ingredients
- ½ a large eating apple
- 60 g porridge oats
- 400 ml milk
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method
- Peel, core and finely grate the apple.
- Place all the ingredients in a non-stick pan over a medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until thick and creamy, stirring regularly.
